30-Day Mewra Promise
If your cat doesn't love it, neither do we. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.
How to Return
- Email returns@mewra.pet with your order number and reason.
- We'll send a prepaid return label for US orders.
- Pack the item in its original packaging if possible.
- Drop it off. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
- Replacement filters and consumables (hygiene reasons) — unless defective
- Items damaged through misuse
Defective or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email returns@mewra.pet within 7 days with a photo. Free replacement, no return needed.
