Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Mewra Promise

If your cat doesn't love it, neither do we. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason.

How to Return

1. Email returns@mewra.pet with your order number and reason.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label for US orders.
3. Drop it off. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

• Replacement filters and consumables (hygiene reasons) — unless defective
• Items damaged through misuse

Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement immediately.
